Meet Our Team

Elizabeth

“The Problem-Solver”

With a background in marketing, sales, business development and a passion for growing woman-owned small businesses, this particular woman saw deficiencies and needs in the market and then looked to solve them with their own businesses, or aligning with other quality businesses.

As a busy entrepreneur and business owner, she does not have a lot of time for hobbies – but her absolute favorite thing to do is relax with her family, dogs, and colorful chickens and koi — and really enjoys throwing a great party at their “Bourbon Barn” and farmette in Chapel Hill!

Glenn

“The Brains”

With over 30 years in technology, Glenn has written code, built global networks, designed data centers, while leading teams through these initiatives.. He’s bringing his experience from General Electric, Cisco Systems, Verizon, and most recently, a little company called Amazon.

We call him “The Brains” of The Consignors. With a foundation in computer science, technology and strategy, he leads our efforts to automate our processes from start to finish, making the buying and selling experience both enjoyable and effective. When he’s not working on auctions, he’s working on projects around the farm and adding miles to his riding lawn mower.

Angela

“The Creative”

As “The Creative,” Angela’s super power is both selecting items for on-line auction and “lotting” them together for maximum appeal and return. She has recently transitioned to The Consignors after focusing on estate clear outs and liquidations as a Project Manager for several years with The Downsizers.

She honed her gut instincts for reselling during many previous years of scouring thrift stores, flea markets, and estate sales to flip fun colorful vintage finds via various online reselling venues. She loves collecting natural curiosities and items with patina that add character, warmth, and charm to a space. Now, she is thrilled to pick and present to you from our Chapel Hill Warehouse treasure trove!

Jen

“The Numbers”

As a CPA with over 25 years of experience, Jen has worked for some prominent accounting and financial firms, as well as with multiple small businesses. Now, she spends her days helping to sell your treasures and ultimately, yield money for YOU!

This passion stems from helping to downsize her own parents and knowing how important it is for people who are liquidating to find good homes for their belongings. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with friends and family, and loves capturing those memories through photography.

Nancy

Nancy is a lifelong lover of antiques, vintage furniture and decor. After retiring as a Tennis Coordinator in Palm Beach, Florida, she moved to North Carolina and turned to her passion for antiques. She began hosting a monthly vintage pop up sale at her farm. After purchasing items from The Consignors, Nancy was excited to join the team. She finds joy in helping each and every treasure at The Consignors find the right buyer.

As a Florida transplant, she loves the North Carolina coast, as well as the mountains. She volunteers at a local salvage shop and food pantry, and she enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids.
